There are many ways to access the Help Desk from within the KEY36 plugin, but if you have already accepted your result and need assistance on how to edit your result, you can play the OPEN HELP DESK action.
From within Photoshop, you could also navigate directly to File -> Scripts -> KEY36 Help Desk.
