After clicking on Accept Result in the KEY36 plugin interface, the script will play an action to make the file editable. If an error occurs at this point, you could be missing all or part of the “Make Editable” Action. You can find and reload the actions here: C:\Program Files\Adobe\[the name of the Photoshop version you have installed]\Presets\Actions.
Instead of reloading the actions manually, you could also delete the "KEY36 - Actions" action set from your actions panel, and run the script from File->Scripts->KEY36. This will load a fresh copy of the actions.
If the issue persists, or if you are seeing an error before the plugin interface even loads, please submit a support ticket with a screenshot of the error message.
