Our support staff monitors all errors that occur during regular business hours. Keep checking the CloudKO Lite Jobs tab to see if the error has been fixed, if you continue to see the error for 48 hours, please submit a ticket.


Common reasons for errors are:

  • The submitted image has not been shot on a studio backdrop
  • The background is too noisy
  • The image is too large (files that have dimensions over 80 megapixels may cause a processing error)
