Hardware Requirements:
- 1 gigahertz(GHz) or faster 64-bit (x64) processor
- 4 gigabytes (GB) or more RAM
- Dedicated video card with 1 gigabyte (GB) or more memory (**Not an integrated video card**)
Software Requirements:
- Google Chrome
- On MacOS, we suggest using Google Chrome, but Safari is supported
Note: CloudKO will work with other hardware and software configurations than the recommended ones above but are not recommended nor supported
If you are using Chrome and there is a lag while using the Editor, turn off Hardware Acceleration and relaunch your browser.
Internet Connectivity Requirements:
The following internet connectivity is recommended per user working at the same time on CloudKO. Keep in mind other activities that can use up internet bandwidth such as uploading or download images or streaming videos will reduce the amount of bandwidth available to CloudKO.
- 5 Mbits/sec Download speed per user
- 2 Mbits/sec Upload speed per user
Internet speed can be verified at this webpage and via other similar internet speed checkers.
Image Size & Quality Requirements:
- Images with a resolution ranging from 6 MP to 20 MP are recommended
- Images with quality factor of 95% or higher are recommended
- Images that are 30MP or greater are not recommended
