Once a job is uploaded, the only way to delete it is to submit a ticket and ask that the job be deleted.

However, please note that once a job is uploaded, you will be charged for that job. Jobs are processed on Amazon servers which 36pix pays for, so that charge is passed on to you. We will not delete jobs at no charge.
