If you are uploading a .36pix file from Camera Buddy for glasses glare removal and see the above error, it is most likely because you have removed the file(s) from your Camera Buddy watch folder.
Once you run a batch of images with Camera Buddy Studio and export the .36pix file, you must not move or delete any of the images from your watch folder before uploading the .36pix file using the 36Pix Desktop App.
