The jobs page is where a user can view and download jobs submitted to 36Pix using the Desktop App.




Column Details:


1.                                            

  • The column with the square icons is where a user can select a job or jobs that they would like to download. To select all the jobs, click the box at the top of the column. To deselect all, just click the box at the top a second time.


2.  Job #

  • The job number column displays the job number automatically assigned to a job by 36Pix.

3. Job Name

  • The job name column displays the name you gave to your job, along with the image count and whether the job is a Reg (Verified Full Service) or diy (CloudKO Enterprise) job.

4. Job Status

  • In the job status column, you can see where the job is in the workflow.
  • To Process - the job is processing.
  • To Mask - the job is ready to work on in CloudKO.
  • To Validate- the job has been completed by a technician and is ready to be validated (looked over by an admin user) in CloudKO.
  • To Transfer- the results are in the process of transferring.
  • To Download- the job is ready to download from the 36Pix Desktop App.

 5. Actions

  • The eye icon button will appear in the actions column next to jobs that have the priority diy (CloudKO Enterprise) and is used to open a job in CloudKO. When clicked, two tabs will open in your web browser. One tab will open the CloudKO viewer so you can view and edit your images, and the other tab will open the CloudKO job details page, where you can then transfer your job.
  • The reset button will appear in the actions column next to jobs that have the priority diy (CloudKO Enterprise) and is used to reset a job. Resetting a job will undo all the edits applied to the images in the job as well as reset the image statuses (use or don't use mask). This can also be done from the job details page in CloudKO.
  • The download button will appear in the actions column next to all jobs. The image on the button will appear grey and will not be clickable if the job is still in progress or if it was a job that was sent to 36Pix using a method other than the desktop app, and will turn blue once the job is ready to download.   When the download button is clicked, a Download Options pop up will appear, allowing you to select an output folder for your results. You can also choose to put either the job name in the name of the folder, or the job number, or both. Click confirm to download the job. 

6. Created Date

  • This column displays the date and time the job was created.

 7. Expiration Date

  •  This columns displays the date that the job will expire. All jobs expire two weeks after upload and the status will change to archived. Expired jobs are no longer available to view in CloudKO nor to download.

 8. Profile

  •  The profile column displays the chosen profile for a job.    

9. Priority

  • The priority column displays the job priority (Reg, rush, priority, rework, diy) chosen for each job.        

10.  Processing status

  • This column displays the processing status of a job. If any error occurs, 36Pix will fix it if possible, or reach out to you with further details.

11. Owner

  • The owner column will display the account name that each job belongs to. For most users, this will be the name of your company. Some users may have multiple accounts with 36Pix, so you will see which one a job was uploaded to here.

12. App Upload

  • This column will display either the word yes or no, depending on whether a job was uploaded using the 36Pix Desktop App or not. Jobs that were sent using a method other than the desktop app, will not be downloadable using the app. 


Button Details:


1. Top of Jobs page

  • The Upload Images button will bring the user to the job creation page.


2. Bottom of Jobs page

  • The Refresh button is used to refresh the page. This will allow you to view the updated job status or processing status of your jobs. Sometimes if you come to the jobs page immediately after creating a job, the job may not be visible yet. After clicking the Refresh button, the job will appear at the top of the list. 


  • Many of the columns have filters which may be applied. To conveniently clear all filters, click the Reset Filters button


  • If one or more downloadable jobs are selected, the Download button will be clickable and will display the number of jobs selected in parentheses. 

            When the Download button is clicked, a Download Options pop up will appear, allowing you to select an output folder         for your results. You can also choose to put either the job name in the name of the folder, or the job number, or                       both. Click confirm to download the jobs.
