The following steps show how to get the computer properties and video card details on a Windows 7 operating system. The steps are similar for other versions of Windows. The recommended computer specifications for our CloudKO application can be found here.
Computer properties:
1. Open Windows Explorer. Right click over This PC and select Properties
2. A new window will pop-up. Important information regarding the computer is shown in the image in the red rectangle.
Video card details:
1. Right-click on the desktop and select screen resolution or Display Settings (depending on Windows version).
2. Windows 7: In Screen resolution pane, click advanced settings.
Windows 10: In the Display Settings pane, click on Display adapter properties.
3. Another window will pop-up with important information regarding the computer's graphics card.
